A Mitchell man is charged with three felonies following an incident early Wednesday morning. According to court documents Dahjrick Clark got into a verbal argument with a woman in the 100 block of South Edmunds. As the woman tried to leave the scene in a pickup with her mother and son, the 24 year old Clark drove his pick up into the mother’s pick up three times before leaving the scene.
About a half hour later dispatch received a report of an injury crash in rural Davison County. Deputy Darin Moke responded to the call and found Clark at a residence where he went following the crash. It appeared the pick up entered a ditch and rolled.
Clark was take to Avera Queen of Peace where he was treated for injuries. He was arrested for Third Offense DUI, a felony and Careless Driving, a misdemeanor. Clark also faces charges of Intentional Property Damage and Aggravated Assault, both felonies and Hit and Run Property Damage, a misdemeanor.
